1. Who we are

Qeematrix provides cost-planning, construction-roadmap and vendor-discovery tools for home construction and renovation in Pakistan. For privacy questions, contact support@qeematrix.com.

2. Information we collect

Homeowner and project information

• Name, email address, optional phone number and signup consent.
• City, neighbourhood, plot size, covered area, floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, construction stage, target quality and budget.
• Saved products, vendors and project preferences. Some project decisions are stored in your browser unless you submit or sign in.

Google or Facebook sign-in

When you choose social sign-in, we receive the account identifier, name and email address that the provider shares with us. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password. Temporary access tokens are used only to retrieve this basic profile and are not stored by Qeematrix.

Vendor applications

We collect the contact person, business name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address, city, product category and business description. If approved, business-facing information may appear publicly in the Qeematrix vendor directory.

Technical information

We use essential cookies for signed-in and administrator sessions, browser storage for project preferences, and standard hosting security logs such as request time, browser information and IP address.

3. How we use information

• Generate project estimates, roadmaps, budget allowances and relevant vendor recommendations.
• Create and maintain secure sessions, remember project preferences and prevent duplicate user records.
• Review vendor applications and publish approved marketplace listings.
• Respond to support requests and send relevant product or marketplace updates where consent has been provided.
• Protect Qeematrix, investigate abuse and improve service reliability.

4. Google user data

Google account data is used only to authenticate you, display the correct name in your Qeematrix profile, prevent duplicate accounts and provide the signed-in experience. It is not used for advertising, sold, or transferred for unrelated purposes.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure and hosting providers that process it for Qeematrix, display approved vendor business details in the public marketplace, or disclose information when required by law, security or the protection of legal rights.

6. Storage, security and retention

Submitted user and vendor records are stored in Qeematrix’s hosted database. Signed-in sessions use secure, HttpOnly, signed cookies. Administrative records are restricted to the Qeematrix command center. No internet service is completely risk-free, but we use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain marketplace records, resolve disputes or satisfy legal requirements. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request is completed.

7. Your choices

• Signup is optional, and the signup prompt can be closed without blocking access to the project tools.
• You can sign out at any time from the profile control.
• You can request access, correction or deletion by following our data deletion instructions.
• You can stop marketing messages by using the unsubscribe option provided or contacting support.

8. Children and changes

Qeematrix is intended for adults managing property projects and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date above will change when a material update is published.
