1. Accepting these terms

By using Qeematrix, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.

2. What Qeematrix provides

Qeematrix provides planning estimates, project roadmaps, product comparisons, vendor discovery and tools for saving construction decisions. Features may change as the marketplace develops.

3. Estimates are planning guidance

Budgets, durations, product prices and recommendations are indicative planning outputs based on the information you provide and Qeematrix assumptions. They are not quotations, guarantees, engineering advice, architectural advice, legal advice or a substitute for a bill of quantities.

Before committing funds, you should obtain current written quotations, verify quantities and specifications, and consult qualified architects, engineers, contractors or other professionals where appropriate.

4. Independent vendors

Vendors displayed by Qeematrix are independent businesses. Approval or inclusion means the listing has passed Qeematrix’s marketplace review; it is not a guarantee of price, availability, licensing, workmanship or performance. Any purchase or contract is between you and the vendor. Verify the vendor, scope, warranty, delivery and payment terms before proceeding.

5. Accounts and sign-in

Google or Facebook sign-in creates a Qeematrix session using the identity shared by that provider. You are responsible for protecting access to your provider account and for signing out on shared devices. Email-only signup records contact preferences and does not create a provider-authenticated session.

6. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate project, contact and business information.
• Do not impersonate another person or business, submit fraudulent listings, probe security, disrupt the service or misuse another user’s data.
• Do not copy, scrape or republish the marketplace at scale without written permission.

7. Content and intellectual property

Qeematrix and its software, branding, layout and original content are owned by or licensed to Qeematrix. You retain rights in information you submit and grant Qeematrix permission to process it to operate the service. Vendors grant permission to display approved business information in the marketplace.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep Qeematrix useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qeematrix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, vendor conduct, construction defects, purchasing decisions, or reliance on an indicative estimate.

9. Suspension, changes and governing law

We may restrict access to protect users, vendors or the service, or where these terms are breached. We may update these terms and will change the effective date when a material revision is published. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
